I was a bit surprised to be the top seed. I won my round 1 game but was the last to finish against my young opponent(Viola,G FIDE 1290) who defended with the Budapest Gambit.
I managed to take a few pictures with a borrowed camera so hopefully later there will be a more complete report.
After the game I borrowed Szabo,L Best Games(Hungarian language) from the club library-yet another benefit of the tournament-and had my usual informative but short little chat with Nadasi,B about Hungarian chess history.
Tomorrow will be a long day with 3 games starting at 09:00.
